Order your meal based on the meal style — one-pot or main-and-side meals — and portions/serving size. Place your order by Saturday, April 18 at midnight for delivery the following Monday or Tuesday. We are offering four meals this week:
- One-Pot: Mac 'n' cheese - Macaroni noodles, bechamel sauce, aged white cheddar, gruyere, parmesan and breadcrumb topping made with Prairie Boy sourdough.
- Main & Side: Roast chicken dinner - Sanagan's chicken from King Capon farms, French beans, jus and roasted fingerling potatoes.
- Main & Side: Pan-seared rainbow trout with quinoa salad - De La Mer trout with red quinoa, kale, toasted pumpkin seeds, roasted beets (not pictured here) and fresh herbs, and a light extra-virgin olive oil and lemon. vinaigrette.
- Main & Side: Pan-seared chicken breast with cous cous salad - Sanagan's chicken, cous cous, kalamata and sundried black olives, spinach, roasted cherry tomatoes, toasted hazelnuts and a light vinaigrette with sherry vinegar and extra-virgin olive oil.
